Our services

Morlako Auto buys junk, wrecked, flooded and non-running vehicles in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We operate from Newark, NJ and Pipersville, PA and pick up vehicles within our service areas. We do not buy or pick up vehicles in New York.

Offers and pricing

Offers are based on the information you give us, including the year, make, model, condition and any photos. If the vehicle does not match the description at pickup — for example, missing parts, different damage or a different vehicle — we may adjust the offer or decline the purchase.

Offers are not final until the vehicle is picked up and the sale is completed. Information on this website is general and is not a guaranteed price for any vehicle.

Ownership and paperwork

Proof of ownership is always required. You confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or are legally authorized to sell it, and that the information and documents you give us are true.

• We may ask for a valid photo ID, title, registration, bill of sale, lien release or other documents
• We do not buy stolen vehicles or vehicles the seller is not authorized to sell
• We may decline or cancel any purchase, at any point up to and including pickup, if ownership cannot be verified to our satisfaction
• All purchases are completed in accordance with New Jersey and Pennsylvania title requirements

Pickup

Pickup is free within our service areas. You agree to give us safe, legal access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 8AM to 7PM. Pickup times are estimates and may change because of weather, traffic or other conditions.

Payment

Payment is made in cash on the same day the vehicle is picked up, once ownership is verified and the paperwork is complete.

Your responsibilities

• Remove all personal belongings before pickup — we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle
• Remove your license plates and follow NJ Motor Vehicle Commission or PennDOT rules for them
• Contact your insurance company about the vehicle after the sale
• Tell us about any known hazards, such as leaking fluids or a vehicle parked in a difficult spot

Website use

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, misuse or attempt to disrupt the site. All logos, text and images on this site belong to Morlako Auto or are used with permission.

No warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is." We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Morlako Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, except where Pennsylvania law applies to a vehicle purchased in Pennsylvania.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed.
